ReplyDeleteI was wondering though, what are your thoughts on a team like the lions moving down in the draft to stockpile more picks. LOVE THE BLOG!!!!
Joel,
ReplyDeleteGreat question. It's something that all teams consider, especially those with a number of needs heading into the draft. Given the opportunity the Lions have to select such a special player like Suh, I would say trading down wouldn't necessarily be the smartest move. Suh is such a talented player. His unique set of physical skills coupled with his high motor and relentless effort separate him from just about every other college prospect. He's simply someone you can't pass up.
wow, what a great and insightful comment.
